Thanks for another great class- always learn so much
Wow some great drawings in your class Scott. Mine is not so peachy.
Here is my peach. This was harder than I expected. I need more lessons in angle sighting. Thanks, Scott for another great session!
I noticed everyone has a highlight that I didnt place… the monitor I enlarge the photo on is an older monitor and is rather dark, so it seems I miss highlights.
My play drawing the peaches. Used light tan paper that has more texture than any other I have, which added to the peach fuzz. Didnt feel like drawing today so am getting quicker with my attempts. Thanks Scott for another informative session.
Enjoyed another episode! Late posting since wanted to put in cutting board. Thanks Scott for your excellent lessons.
I enjoyed drawing that peach so much, that I decided to try it in pen and ink. I started with line and (as you can see) that was a disaster, but switched to dot-stipple and I really like the look. My first try at stippling so I may give it a go again.
Scott, your idea of cutting the fruit makes the composition so much more interesting. Thanks for another very good class.
I overworked parts, but this was a great learning experience. Looking forward to next week.
Hi Scott, great, enjoyable session. Thank you!
I think this came out pretty well, though I used gray toned drawing paper again, so had to use white charcoal highlights. It makes for a different challenge but I think I like the toned paper a lot. It just doesn’t have the tooth of charcoal paper. I’m looking forward to seeing a future demo with the tinted charcoal, Scott. ?
Peaches! Much better than my attempt at the lemon. (Graphite on bristol)
Hi Everyone! Here’s my finished drawing from today’s event. I can’t wait to see what you worked on!
That’s great to hear! This drawing looks great. Nice work!
Thanks, Mary! Welcome to the community!
Nicely done! Those edges look great.
That tilted part was hard, but loved drawing it. Thanks, Scott!
Thank you so much! I have really enjoyed all these sessions that I have been able to watch. I have subscribed to your channel because of these sessions, even though signing up was not required. Mary from Lakewood.
WHEN WILL THE OTHER FREE CLASSES BEGIN?
First posting, but I think my drawing has really improved by doing these every week. Thanks Scott!
